Programs For Growing Families

Organic Mentoring in Careers

This program places youths 14- 24 years old with a qualified mentor to develop a better understanding of career fields. Are you interested in learning more or developing skills in a specific profession? We strive to pair youth with mentors that will help answer questions, show hands on skills and allow for youth to shadow them while working. Giving our future generations the chance to see first hand what it would be like to work in that specific field. Mentoring is a youth development strategy that naturally supports the goal of reducing the dropout rate of youth in high school and college. Research has shown mentoring to have significant positive effects on the development of education ambition and inspiration. Not only does it promote healthy aspirations, it provides the opportunity to produce purpose. This program is very rewarding to all the percipients. Please browse the professional’s profiles and job descriptions to see if it sparks an interest! Read More on Career Mentor Profiles.

Parent Family Partners invest into the lives of the children and parents, walking along side them to encourage growth academically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
